We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for December dates which tend to fill up quickly. For larger events or custom packages, we suggest 8-12 weeks to ensure availability.
Can I customize a package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. We can adjust elements like menu options, decor themes, entertainment, and more to create the perfect celebration for your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. Between 15-30 days, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Do you provide vegetarian/vegan menu options?
Yes, we offer a variety of dietary options including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special dietary requirements. Please let us know your needs when booking.
What happens if there are COVID-19 restrictions?
We closely monitor local guidelines and will work with you to adapt your event to any restrictions. Options include reducing guest count, moving to a larger venue, or offering a hybrid virtual/in-person experience.
